Set a goal!

On this last Friday in February, pinpoint one specific, achievable goal: Schedule an appointment with your doctor to check your blood pressure and cholesterol. Commit to walking 3 days a week. Eat healthy.. more fiber, more red, more green! Quit smoking! Remember even small changes can make a big difference. Taking action now can mean a longer, healthier life for you and those that you love.
